Yakisoba

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken stock (broth)
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 packages Yakisoba noodles
- 1/2 onion
- 1 1/2 cup snow peas
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 bell pepper
- optional cilantro for garnish
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3/4 cup bean sprouts
Method
- Cut the onion, pepper and mushrooms into slices.
- Slice chicken.
- Mix soy sauce, Mirin, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, and chili garlic sauce to make stir-fry sauce.
- Heat the Evo grill to Medium to Medium High.
- Stir-fry the onions, peppers, garlic and ginger. After a couple of minutes add snow peas, mushrroms and chicken with a splash of peanut oil. Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked, and then add the noodles, sprouts and the sauce.
- Toss to incorporate all ingredients and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime.
