Description
The Evo Professional Wheeled Cart has a 762mm (30″) diameter black seasoned steel cook surface heated underneath by inner and outer gas tube burners. The independently-controlled gas burners provide a wide range of cooking temperatures, from 107⁰C to 288⁰C (225⁰F to 550⁰F). A stainless steel drip pan completely surrounds the underside of the cook surface catching all food debris. The Professional Wheeled Cart is the ideal grill for creating a social cooking space on your patio or deck. Available with either Natural Gas or LPG.
Features & Functions
Inner and outer burner control knobs command variable temperatures across two circular heat zones for edge-to-edge even heat.
Dual independently-controlled burners provide two heat zones with edge-to-edge even heat ranging.
Cooking surface features a black, circular solid plate made from oil-seasoned steel.
Stainless steel lid converts the flattop grill into an oven for baking, roasting, or smoking. Comes with adjustable vent that exhausts steam and vapours from under lid.
Stainless steel drip pan surrounds cook surface to contain spillovers.
Removable spillover tray makes clean-up easy; stainless steel, dishwasher safe.
Heavy gauge stainless steel construction throughout.
Electronic starter provides one-touch ignition to both burners.
Wide grip handles makes moving the cook surface easy.
Heavy-duty rubber wheels to easily navigate patios and decks.
Propane tank shield made of stainless steel; conceals the LP tank. Comes with removable leg brace to provide access to LP tank for easy exchange (propane models only).
